High court orders in Disha case

The High Court is continuing its investigation into the petition filed against Disha alias Priayanka Reddy case,the honourable court directed experts to conduct repository of the bodies of the accused with Delhi forensic. The process was set to be completed within five hours Monday evening.

After the repost, the bodies were ordered to be handed over to the family members. In addition, the SIT has made it clear that it will confiscate the weapons used by the police in the counter. Arguments have been going on in the High Court since this morning. Gandhi Hospital sources also attended the hearing.

Disha, a veterinary doctor from Shamshabad in Hyderabad was found dead with her body partially burnt under Chatnapalli bridge on Thursday morning Nov 28, 2019.

For the very first time, a quick decision took place for such cases, which started from Hyderabad City. All four inhumane accused in the Hyderabad veterinarian’s rape and murder case have been killed against the exchange of fire with police on Friday morning, the four accused were shot dead on NH-44 near Hyderabad on the same highway where the charred body of 26-year-old Disha was found.
