Congress party has been wiped out in Andhra Pradesh post state bifurcation, but Congress leaders from AP are still able to make their presence felt. The leader who stands out in this regard is APCC president Raghuveera Reddy.
Though there has been no support from people, Raghuveera has been regularly conducting protests all over AP against TDP’s rule and also making headlines with his clever statements. On Saturday Raghuveera Reddy once again grabbed headlines by his statement on Chief Ministers of two Telugu states Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao.
Commenting on the administration of KCR and Chandrababu, Raghuveera said that both the CMs are ‘Amavasya Chandrullu’. Amavasya Chandrudu means Moon on a new moon day. As moon is not visible on a new moon day, the development and governance is also not visible in AP and Telangana under the rule of TDP and TRS respectively, was what Raghuveera referred. Raghuveera made these comments while speaking to media in Bhadradri Kothagudem district of Telangana.
Raghuveera Reddy visited Bhadradi Kothagudem district to participate in a function held in the home of former Minister Vanama Venkateswara Rao.
