AP Minister Mekapati Gautam Reddy has made it clear that the capital is not moving from Amaravathi. He toured the Atmakur Mandal of Nellore district today. Speaking to the media on the occasion, the govt said that the capital would remain in Amaravati
Sivaramakrishna said the minister Botsha had told that he was not moving the capital. He said that a new project for drinking water is being launched in AP and drinking water will be provided to every village in the district from the Somasila reservoir.
He said that if the Polavaram project is completed, there will be no shortage of water for the Somasila reservoir. We have set up an MGR helpline to solve the problems of the people of Atmakur,he further added.
