Suspense continues in Tamil Nadu


Interim Chief Minister O Panneer Selvam (OPS) and Sasikala, Jayalalithaa’s close friend who is aspiring to be the next CM of Tamil Nadu have both met Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao on Thursday evening.

It was Panneer Selvam who first met Governor and requested latter to give an opportunity to prove his strength in the house.

Later Sasikala has met Governor Vidyasagar Rao and shown him the support letter signed by 130 legislators in support of her. Sasikala, who is already the general secretary of AIADMK, urged Governor to give her opportunity to prove her strength and swear in as CM. Sasikala has visited Amma Jayalalithaa memorial before meeting Governor and paid respects to late leader.

After listening to both leaders, Governor Vidyasagar Rao didn’t make any statements immediately. He is said to be considering of taking opinion of legal experts and intellectuals, to decide on the future course. Governor is said to be exercising utmost caution, as any hurried or mistaken decision at this juncture may create turmoil in the state. As a result high tension and suspension are continuing in Tamil Nadu.

With these fast developments and changing equations, not just people of Tamil Nadu but people of whole nation are eagerly following Tamil Nadu developments.
