Review : Khaidi No 150- Boss is always Boss

The comeback of the most loved Telugu hero Megastar Chiranjeevi after 9 years is Khaidi No 150. The movie is the official remake of Kaththi movie that released in Tamil and has been a blockbuster that time. The movie has arrived first in Sankranthi race and started all the buzz with the positive vibe. This is the first movie for Ram Charan as a producer under Konidela Productions banner. So shall we move onto the review to know what Boss has for us in store?

Story :

The movie starts off in Kolkata Central Jail where Kaththi Sreenu (Chiranjeevi) escapes from jail to fly to Bangkok. Meanwhile he encounters Lakshmi (Kajal Aggarwal) and remains in India. During this, he encounters another incident where a man who is alike him is attacked. He then rescues Shankar from the attackers and admits in the hospital. Shankar is the actually the leader of farmers.

However, Sreenu plans to leave to Bangkok once again while Collector who mistakes Sreenu to be Shankar and takes him to the farmers old age home. Corporate Company Aggarwal (Tharun Arora) comes to talks about a deal with Sreenu and locks it for Rs 25 crores to establish a beverages factory to which Sreenu in the place of Shankar agrees.

However, Sreenu gets to know the real story of Shankar and the kind of hardwork he has been doing for farmers and then changes his mind. How did Sreenu get over Aggarwal? What was his plan to curb Aggarwal’s doings? What about Sreenu and Lakshmi’s love story? Is the remaining story.

Cast Performance :

Megastar Chiranjeevi who has made his comeback after 9 years is truly mesmerizing to watch on screen. His performance was outstanding and pulled off the dual role with much ease. The gap did not disturb his grace in dances and fights. The way he delivered dialogues was simply amazing to watch while he simply touched audience in the emotional scenes.

Kajal Aggarwal looked good as a pair to Megastar. She has also done her best to stand upto Megastar’s level. On the other hand, Brahmanandham, Posani, Jayaprakash Reddy and other artists did their best.

Technical Aspects :

Director V V Vinayak proves to be a specialist in making commercial movies and yet again he has proved it with all correct proportions of elements in Khaidi No 150. The emotional connect, comedy were blended well. Music Director Devi Sri Prasad’s music was simply good. Chiru’s steps for those songs is eye feasting.

Cinematography by Ratnavelu was another level where Boss as totally stylish. Special credits to Susmita Konidela who has styled for Chiranjeevi. Editing is neat. Production values in the movie were high class and it’s definitely a great success to the debut producer Ram Charan.

Telugumirchi Analysis :

It is a milestone to Megastar Chiranjeevi and a big festival to the Mega fans out there. The movie is surely going to be a success and all the elements needed for the Mega fans who were craving to watch Megastar on screen. Overall this can a must on your list this weekday and for a weekend entertainment.
