Windies World Cup qualification gets harder

Windies qualification to the 2019 World Cup gets tough after the lone and abandoned ODI match against Ireland at Belfast. The former world champions should win 5 ODIs of their 6 ODIs for direct qualification to World Cup 2019. The West Indies Cricket Board recruited the three professional players to their ODIs and their T20 squads. The three players are Chris Gayle, Marlon Samuels, Jerome Taylor.

Captain Holder thinks that with the inclusion of these experienced players his team can qualify for the WC.
Coming to match, Windies versus the Ireland was washed out without a ball bowled. The match was called of after multiple inspections by the officials.

Now the Windies will travel to England to participate in the lone T20 and the important 5 ODIs. The Windies are trying their best to win over England . Windies will be playing the qualification matches in March next year where Ireland will be one of their opponents.
