Director Puri Jagannadh teams up with powerhouse actor Vijay Sethupathi for the highly anticipated Pan-India action film Slum Dog 33 Temple Road. The movie has completed its shooting and is currently in post-production. It is jointly produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur under the Puri Connects banner, along with JB Narayan Rao Kondrolla of JB Motion Pictures. On the occasion of Vijay Sethupathi’s birthday, the makers officially revealed the film’s title and striking first-look poster.
The first look shows Vijay Sethupathi in a never-seen-before wild avatar, wearing a beggar’s outfit with messy hair and beard, holding a massive sickle amid flying bundles of cash in a dark slum backdrop. The intense visuals have created huge buzz around the film. Samyuktha plays the female lead, while Tabu and Duniya Vijay appear in important roles. Brahmaji and VTV Ganesh promise entertainment with their comic roles. Music is composed by National Award winner Harshavardhan Rameshwar. Slum Dog 33 Temple Road is set for a grand release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
